3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

4. ELIGIBILITY

9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Joshua Davis Insurance does not guarantee:

Insurance approval

Specific pricing or premium rates

Cost savings

Availability of any particular insurance product

All results are dependent upon underwriting, eligibility, and regulatory factors.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joshua Davis Insurance shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information

Communication delays, interruptions, or failures

Actions or omissions of third-party agents or partners
